Our Story

Gordo's Tacos & Beer was created to honor the memory of our son Anthony. Whom we lovingly nicknamed "Gordo," fitting his chubby cheeks and larger than life personality. We inherited our unique recipes and flavors from our family matriarch, Martha. Although our mother Martha is no longer with us, her recipes remain and will continue to inspire us each day.

We continually strive to make Gordo's Tacos & Beer a place our son and mother would enjoy and be proud of. Focusing on great food, served with lots of love. We hope you join us soon and make yourselves at home.
